RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to feel good about what you receive from GOD ALIGNED. Because our products include made-to-order apparel and digital downloads, return eligibility varies by product type.
MADE-TO-ORDER APPAREL
GOD ALIGNED apparel is created especially for you once your order is placed. Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selection, or for a change of mind.
Please review the product description and size guide carefully before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing or printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
If the issue qualifies, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. You do not need to return a damaged or defective item unless we specifically instruct you otherwise.
Minor print-placement variations that fall within normal production tolerances are not considered defects.
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, replacement or reshipment costs may be your responsibility.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all digital-product sales are final once delivered or accessed.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, receive an incorrect file, or are accidentally charged more than once for the same digital product, please contact us so we can make it right.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to request a cancellation or change to a physical-product order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible.
